Payment and Visa Information
Payment of registration fees is required at the time of registration. Checks and bank transfers must be in US dollars. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB are also accepted. Registration applications must be submitted online by the registration deadlines to qualify for reduced rates. Qualifying students will be asked to upload proof of student status during the online registration process.
Refund Requests
The deadline for refund requests is December 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. All refund requests must be made in writing to aaaireg@aaai.org. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Letters of invitation may be requested via the online link included in your registration confirmation email.
Registration Hours and Badge Pickup
Badge pickup location: Singapore EXPO. All attendees must pick up their registration badges for admittance to programs.

Technical Program Registration
The AAAI-26 technical program registration includes admission to all technical paper and poster sessions, invited talks, the AAAI Conference on Innovative Applications of Artificial Intelligence (IAAI-26), the Symposium on Educational Advances in Artificial Intelligence (EAAI-26), exhibits, demos, the opening reception, and access to AAAI-26/IAAI-26/EAAI-26 papers via the conference schedule and app. Workshop, tutorial, bridge, and lab registration, as well as other special programs, are available for an additional fee. At least one author is required to register for the conference at the in-person rate and to present the paper in-person, and we encourage all authors to attend if possible.

Virtual Technical Registration
Attendees registered for the Virtual Conference will be able to join the live Technical Program sessions (including the Plenary) via Zoom, and access an on-demand video library. This rate is not for presenting authors. This rate does not permit access to Bridges, Tutorials and Labs, or Workshop Programs.

Workshop Program Only Registration
January 26–27, 2026. The workshop fee includes admission to one workshop. This registration does not grant access to the technical program, bridges, tutorials, labs, receptions, and poster sessions. Participation is sometimes limited to those active participants determined by the organizer prior to the conference; however, most workshops also allow general registration by other interested individuals.
