Registration for SECURE-AI4H

SECURE-AI4H registration is handled entirely through the official AAAI-26 registration system. On this page you’ll find how to register, what is included, and key policies at a glance.

How to register

All SECURE-AI4H participants register through the AAAI-26 portal and then select SECURE-AI4H in the workshop section of the form.

There is no separate registration form run by the organizers. Once you have an AAAI-26 account, the workflow for adding the workshop is simple:

  2. Create or log into your AAAI account.
  3. Choose your main registration type (e.g., technical program or workshop-only).
  4. In the workshops section, select SECURE-AI4H.
  5. Complete payment and keep the confirmation for on-site check-in.

Registration options & fees

AAAI-26 offers several ways to participate, including full technical program registration and workshop-only options.

Main options (high level)

  • Technical Program + Workshops Full AAAI-26 experience, with the option to add SECURE-AI4H.
  • Workshop Program Only Access only to the workshop days (including SECURE-AI4H).
  • Student Rates Discounted technical and workshop registrations for students.

Registration deadlines

AAAI-26 uses a tiered schedule with early, standard, and late registration periods. Early registration offers the lowest fees.

Early

Lowest fees; recommended for authors and attendees who have confirmed travel plans.

Standard

Regular conference rates; available until the standard deadline shown on the AAAI-26 site.

Late / On-site

Highest fees and potentially limited availability. We strongly recommend avoiding this tier when possible.

Payment & refunds

All fees are processed by AAAI, which also manages refund requests and applicable processing charges.

Payment

  • Payment is completed directly within the AAAI-26 registration portal.
  • Major credit cards and other methods in USD are accepted.
  • Discounted fees apply only when both the form and payment are submitted by the deadline.

Refunds

  • Refund eligibility and deadlines are defined by AAAI-26.
  • Requests must be made in writing to the address listed on the AAAI site.
  • Approved refunds are usually subject to a processing fee.

Visa letters

Visa invitation letters are issued by AAAI for registered participants who require documentation for travel.

After you complete your AAAI-26 registration and payment, you can request a visa invitation letter through the link in your confirmation email.

  • Requests are processed by the AAAI registration office.
  • You may be asked to provide passport and affiliation details.
  • We recommend requesting your letter as early as possible.

On-site check-in & badges

All AAAI-26 attendees must pick up their conference badge on site before entering SECURE-AI4H or any other sessions.

  • Badge pickup is handled at the AAAI-26 registration desk at Singapore EXPO.
  • Please bring a copy of your registration confirmation and a photo ID.
  • Allow extra time on the first day you attend, especially during peak hours.
